Quality Portable Buildings TX sells Derksen Portable Buildings on a final-sale basis. Because these are large and often custom-configured products, completed purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Rent-to-Own Agreements

Rent-to-own terms are governed by the agreement signed at purchase. Review that agreement for information about early termination, voluntary surrender, and payment obligations.

Damaged or Defective Products

Inspect your building upon delivery and contact Quality Buildings promptly if it arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect so the issue can be reviewed with the manufacturer.

Used and Repossessed Buildings

Used and repossessed buildings are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Customers are encouraged to inspect these buildings before purchase.
